Position: Senior Fullstack React/Typescript Developer

Location: Germany (Hybrid/Remote Options)

Salary: €70,000 - €95,000

Role Overview:

We are seeking two talented Senior Fullstack Engineers with strong backend expertise to help shape the future of the company’s technology platform. As part of a small yet dynamic team, you’ll work on building new applications and modernising legacy systems using cutting-edge technologies such as Next.js, React, and Node.js. This role offers the opportunity to work in a cloud-native environment, leveraging Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker, while contributing to a mission-driven company focused on sustainability and technological excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and scale backend and frontend solutions, with a strong emphasis on decoupling legacy systems and modernising the tech stack.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and cloud teams to deliver industry-leading software and data solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices in development, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Support the migration of systems to the cloud and contribute to optimising cloud-native environments.
• Drive innovation in engineering excellence and ensure high-quality delivery across all stages of the software lifecycle.

Key Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in ReactJS development, with strong expertise in building scalable and efficient frontend applications.
• 3+ years of experience in Typescript for both frontend and backend development, with a focus on backend architecture.
• 4+ years of experience working with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for modern software development.
• Experience working with .NET / .NET Core is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
