Product Manager (Fintech startup)

We’re recruiting on behalf of an innovative fintech startup. With strong market traction and a growing team, they’re now seeking a Product Manager to help drive the next phase of product development and growth.

This is an ideal role for a mid-level Product Manager with 3–5 years’ experience, particularly someone who’s thrived in a startup or scaleup environment and is ready to take ownership of products in a high-growth business.

In this role, you’ll:

• Own and drive the product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders across design, engineering, compliance, and marketing
• Lead discovery, define requirements, and deliver new product features end-to-end
• Collaborate with users and analyse feedback to continuously improve the product
• Balance commercial goals with user-centric design and technical feasibility
• Help shape product strategy in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years' experience as a Product Manager in tech, with at least one role in a startup or scaleup
• Has successfully shipped digital products from discovery through to delivery
• Is confident working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
• Brings a mix of customer empathy, commercial awareness, and data-led thinking
• Thrives in ambiguity and is proactive in solving problems and creating structure
