Apply now for the position of Business Analyst/Project Manager and you will wear two critical hats: analysing business needs to define requirements and managing projects from concept to delivery. You will be the key link between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business goals are met efficiently and effectively. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract

Your role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and align expectations.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure delivery on time and within scope
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage project changes.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and global IT support teams.
  • Provide guidance and training to users during project rollouts and change management initiatives.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Manager role, preferably in a hybrid capacity.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with delivering custom applications using the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, writing user stories and project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and documentation tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
