Data Technology Consultant

We are looking for a Data Technology Consultant to join our remote team and take an active role in delivering innovative data solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and create data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives
Define product goals, establish success metrics, and track progress to ensure business value is achieved
Collaborate with technical teams such as Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design scalable and effective data solutions
Lead client engagements and support presales initiatives by showcasing expertise in data analytics and understanding client needs
Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with roadmaps and meet customer expectations
Evaluate data quality and availability, identifying gaps and recommending improvements in governance processes
Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and apply insights to improve solutions and strategies
Support data integration and processing efforts to ensure clean, actionable data for decision-making
Effectively communicate insights and strategies to technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment across stakeholders

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in IT as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or similar consulting role
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
Proven participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product (or key product capability) to market
Strong knowledge of data platforms and their applications
Proficiency in SQL and Python for coding and data analysis
Demonstrated leadership and management experience in data-related projects
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Comprehensive understanding of data architecture, lifecycle, and product design
Hands-on experience delivering data solutions, including data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting tools
Strong analytical skills to simplify complex problems and present actionable insights
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver impactful data solutions
Proven ability to manage and deliver data projects focused on measurable business outcomes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, to enable effective communication with clients and stakeholders

Nice to have

Project Management certification
Experience working with data visualization tools and techniques
Knowledge of advanced data science concepts and machine learning methodologies
