Team Lead

We’re seeking a strategic and caring Team Lead to lead a distributed team of experienced senior developers.

You’ll foster a supportive and growth-minded team culture, lead with empathy, and ensure the team thrives both technically and personally.

As a Team Lead, you will:

• Support the Business Unit Lead in sales and client acquisition by drafting offers and handling related tasks as needed.
• Collaborate on developing and improving Helmes’ tools, processes, and best practices.
• Lead a software development team and manage projects effectively.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Inspire, motivate, and support your team’s growth and development.
• Ensure your team has the necessary resources, including technology, skills, and capacity, to succeed.
• Monitor team performance and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
• Manage financial aspects, including monthly billing and reporting.
• Build lasting partnerships with clients and actively explore future collaboration opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in the IT field.
• Experience in people leadership.
• Experience in unit-level financial management.
• Experience in sales is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile processes.
• Proven team leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent influencing skills, including the ability to inspire, lead, and negotiate.
• Fluent in English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
