Software Engineer (Business Flow)

What will help you to succeed in the role?

We seek a highly skilled software developer with 2+ years of experience in full-stack development using modern technologies. We strongly believe in a "You build it, you run it" mindset. You will be a good fit for the role if you are:

  • Proficient in modern component frameworks/libraries (Angular, Vue, React, standard Web Components), strong Angular is a plus
  • Demonstrates solid skills in the core building blocks: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Good knowledge about the State management NGRX
  • Skilled with hands-on experience in Java and the Spring Framework
  • Skilled in responsive design and design systems
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL
  • Possess knowledge of Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Automation
  • Familiarity with cloud development; experience with Azure is a plus
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in working in an Agile team
  • Experience in the FinTech or banking industry is a plus


What will be your challenge?

  • Design, develop, test, and ship high-quality software that meets user needs, including applications, APIs, and other workflows
  • Initiate, participate in, and communicate technical architecture designs
  • Attend regular scrum ceremonies as a member of an agile cross-functional team
  • Analyze, discuss, and implement business requirements while maintaining good documentation of the systems and components you create
  • Implement and advocate for industry standards and best practices to continually improve our codebase and architecture
  • Make a positive impact on our engineering culture by adopting, implementing, and providing feedback on both organizational and industry standards and practices.
