As a Data Scientist at AUTO1 Group, you’ll work on high-impact pricing solutions, applying machine learning and statistical modeling to solve complex business challenges. You’ll drive end-to-end development—from prototyping innovative solutions to deploying scalable models that enhance pricing strategy across our platform. Working closely with analysts, engineers, and product teams, you’ll leverage data-driven insights to shape key decisions and contribute directly to AUTO1’s growth.

Job Description

• Translate business needs into machine learning solutions that bring positive business impact
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy Data Science services and embed them in the Auto1 tech infrastructure
• Monitor model performance in production, share results with stakeholders and develop actionable next steps
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders and partners in tech to drive growth
  
  

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a broad range of machine learning techniques and the ability to identify the appropriate technique in different scenarios
• Advanced statistical and quantitative knowledge with practical experience, we welcome candidates with academic experience in a quantitative research field
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with coding best practices and code reviews in git/github
• Experience in deployment in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud and CI/CD pipeline tools is a plus
• Communication and visualisation skills that enable you to present findings in a clear and unambiguous way
• Experience in effective collaboration, you are a natural team player and communicate fluently in English
