Network Engineer

• Minimum 7 years of experience in networking, with relevant experience on Cisco ISE
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE Guest access and BYOD solutions
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ISE for network access control, including guest access portals, 802.1X authentication, and device profiling
• Design and implement secure guest access solutions using Cisco ISE, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity for visitors
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
• Experience with guest access solutions and 802.1X authentication
• Familiarity with Cisco Wireless controllers/Switches and integration with Cisco ISE
• Basic knowledge/experience on programming languages Java/HTML
• Familiarity with Web development and Guest Portal customization
• Scripting/automation experience (Rest API) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with logs, debugs and packet captures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Web Development with UX/UI

• Design and customize Cisco ISE guest access portals, including layout, branding, and functionality enhancements
• Utilize HTML and Java, other web technologies like jQuery/CSS to create and modify portal pages
• Work closely with ISE and Customer Teams, and stakeholders to align portal customization requirements with organizational goals
• UI/UX design experience
• Experience with API integrations
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
