We are partnered with a growing organisation to deliver a significant payments processing project, and they are now seeking a Test Manager to play a pivotal role in its success.

This is a newly created position where you will not only lead but also build and mentor a small team of software testers in Dublin. You will have full ownership of the testing strategy, establishing best practices and ensuring the delivery of each phase of the software testing lifecycle.

Working within a complex, high-stakes environment, you will oversee testing across payment processing systems and card transaction platforms, ensuring reliability, compliance, and security. You will collaborate with teams across multiple locations, aligning efforts to achieve seamless delivery of project milestones.

As Test Manager, you’ll report to internal business stakeholders and external partners, providing clear status reports and driving forward the next phases of the testing roadmap.

This is a long-term project with the opportunity to make a huge impact on a mission-critical initiative—ideal for someone who thrives on challenges and wants to shape testing excellence within an established organisation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Test Manager
• Experience delivering software payments projects or similar
• Proven experience delivering complex projects

Salary~: €90,000 - €1100,000 DOE
