Project Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology initiatives from conception through delivery. In this role you’ll oversee cross-functional teams, guide project execution, ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and be the primary escalation point for all technology-related aspects of the project. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technology partners and change management teams to drive measurable outcomes and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full lifecycle project management for a variety of initiatives including application development, infrastructure upgrades, system integration and operational improvements.
• Manage end-to-end technology delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to track deliverables, mitigate risks and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and act as Scrum Master or RTE where applicable.
• Create and manage project plans, financials, schedules and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and resolve project issues escalate when necessary to ensure project success.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise-level technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials and budgeting.
• Proven communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Adept in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Agile certification required (Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer).
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is a plus.
