We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cyber Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Information Security Manager to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's information assets. The Cyber Security Specialist will play a critical role in implementing and maintaining robust security measures to safeguard our systems, networks, and data.

- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring a timely and effective resolution.
- Manage security tools and technologies
- Identity and Access Management:
- Administer user access controls and permissions, develop and maintain user identity management processes.
- Participate in incident response activities, including investigation and documentation.
- Manage and maintain security infrastructure, implementation and management of systems such as NDR (Network Detection and Response), PAM (Privileged Access Management), and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management, ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) solutions, IDS (Intrusion Detection System), IPS (Intrusion Prevention System).
- Stay abreast of emerging threats and vulnerabilities to proactively implement countermeasures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of the organization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on security matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- At least 4 years work experience in IT security, cyber security, or information security fields
- You have previous experience running organization IT security, Identity Access Management, Servers and Workplace (Microsoft, Apple, Android, Linux OS platforms) security initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with security tools and technologies.
- Should have a good understanding of centralized authentication and authorization to network resources like Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Management system (MDM, MAM), Microsoft 365 services etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Professional Working Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
- Microsoft Security or Administrator certifications would be an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ etc.
