Meet The Team

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Project Management team and oversee strategic cross-functional projects and initiatives in the EMEA region. Our team drives business transformations to enhance organizational efficiency and growth. • You will actively participate in the project management community within the EMEA and APAC regions.

What Makes You Successful

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with business and functional partners to define project and program requirements.
• Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure optimal utilization and balanced workloads.
• Oversee projects to ensure successful delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• University degree.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and 3 years in leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A change-oriented mindset that actively seeks process improvements, drives change initiatives, creatively addresses challenging circumstances, balances multiple and competing priorities, and executes tasks efficiently.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €4,582.92 to €5,661.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
