We’re seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst/Data scientist with a robust background in Data Science and AI. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work on initiatives that range from analysing customer behaviour and segmenting audiences to building forecasting models that support business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage advanced analytics and data science techniques to support customer behaviour analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and loyalty initiatives.
• Design and implement robust analytical models to solve complex business challenges and uncover key trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, build predictive models, and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
• Champion data science initiatives, driving insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards for data quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in data analytics, data science, or a related field, with hands-on experience in analytics and data-driven strategy.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL), machine learning frameworks, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing and influencing stakeholders across all levels, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, actionable way.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to work on complex analytical problems, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
