Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for a Software Developer to support and enhance regulatory reporting solutions provided by WKFS (Wolters Kluwer Financial Services). This role encompasses software development, quality assurance, deployment, and post go-live support within a fast-paced, Agile environment. You’ll collaborate with business analysts, technical architects, and production teams to deliver high quality, compliant solutions.


RESPONSABILITIES


• Deliver and maintain regulatory reporting solutions based on WKFS software and custom enhancements.

• Develop backend features using Java and Oracle in both Windows and Linux environments.

•Contribute to solution design in partnership with technical architects.

• Work with business analysts to understand and implement functional requirements.

• Perform testing, automate QA processes, and ensure production readiness.

• Participate in deployment activities and provide Level 3 production support post go live.

• Collaborate in DevOps workflows using GitLab.

• Analyse and optimize the performance of Java and SQL components.

• Embrace ownership of your deliverables and actively seek continuous improvement.

• Contribute to Agile development processes and team collaboration.

• Take advantage of technical onboarding and ongoing mentoring for skill development.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS


• Hands-on experience with WKFS regulatory reporting solutions

• Strong Java and Oracle SQL skills

• DevOps tools and workflows (especially GitLab)

• Experience with test automation

• Performance tuning in Java and SQL

•Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of banking and financial instruments (Nice to have)

• Experience working in Agile environments (Nice to have)
