Our client is searching for a Data Consultant to work hybrid for a Banking Customer based in Luxembourg:

Experience: 5–7 years

Location: Luxembourg (or Remote with occasional on-site presence)

Start Date: Early September

Duration: 6 months

Workload: 4 days/week

Daily Rate: Negotiable

Languages: Fluency in English & French (Luxembourgish or German is a plus)

Evaluation: Based on CV

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Consultant to support our client’s Digital Transformation Office. The consultant will play a pivotal role in AI governance, data management, and implementation of AI use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI compliance, DevOps/ML Ops practices, and project management, ensuring the successful integration of AI and data solutions in line with EU regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation Support
• Assist in driving the client’s digital transformation strategy by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative data and AI solutions.
• AI Governance & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to the EU AI Act and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks to uphold ethical and compliance standards.
• AI Use Case Implementation
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective deployment of AI solutions.
• Data Governance & Management
• Oversee data governance policies ensuring data quality, privacy, and security.
• Manage the full data lifecycle: collection, storage, processing, and analytics.
• AI Project Management
• Lead AI initiatives from conception to deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely execution.
• DevOps & ML Ops
• Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines for AI projects.
• Ensure robust monitoring and maintenance of AI models in production.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in:
• AI governance and compliance
• Data management and lifecycle oversight
• AI use case implementation
• AI project management
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps and ML Ops practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with Microsoft AI suite (Copilot, Azure AI, Power Apps).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act).
