Our Client:

Our client is a leading international Cost & Project Management Consultancy, known for delivering complex and high-value projects across Europe. With a strong reputation for excellence, they are trusted by major blue-chip clients in sectors such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, and High-Tech facilities.

They are expanding their European operations and now seek a Senior Project Manager to join their growing Amsterdam team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a high-performing team managing large-scale projects, including hyperscale Data Centres. This is an opportunity to work on a major development in Amsterdam, supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to handover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining project scope and objectives in line with client requirements.
• Coordinating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Overseeing contract administration and ensuring compliance with FIDIC, NEC, or Design & Build forms of contract.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Managing project teams and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in a project management role.
• 4+ years’ experience working on Data Centre projects.
• Proven experience in contract administration (FIDIC, NEC, or Design & Build).
• Track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing project lifecycles from planning to handover.
