DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer – Portugal (Occasional Travel to Strasbourg, All Expenses Paid)

Contract: 1 Year | Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (7+ years experience) to join a high-profile international project. You’ll be based in Portugal with occasional on-site work in Strasbourg (all travel expenses paid).

This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud-native deployments, help drive DevOps adoption, and collaborate with international teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and implementing GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines
• Managing Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters and associated cloud-native resources
• Building and maintaining Helm charts for application deployment
• Implementing and optimising ArgoCD for continuous delivery
• Driving DevOps principles across development and operations teams
• Providing workshops, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance

What you’ll need

• 7+ years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong experience with GitHub workflows, Helm, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Familiarity with Artifactory and container-based deployments
• Comfortable with Unix/Linux commands and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills and experience in cross-team collaboration
• EU Citizenship & Fluent English (mandatory)
