Role Overview:

We are looking for a RAN Engineer (5G) to join a leading consultancy company focused on network management and delivering Expert Services for Mobile Operators.

It’s a full-remote position!

You will be responsible for:

• Being part of a team responsible for or the end-to-end rollout of our 5G solutions for customers, working closely with product development and operations teams;
• Responsible for all technical tasks from design to acceptance of the private5G network and handover to Operations;
• Accompany the complete project lifecycle and support our team in the areas of technical presales, radio planning, measurement, and deployment of our 5G systems;
• Communicate between external network planning offices & customers;
• Estimations for budgetary information on the number of antennas needed in the areas tobe covered;
• Network sizing based on customer requests - technical presales support;
• Implementation of the designed system, configurations, and optimizations;
• Calibration/network optimizations, configurations, optimizations, and acceptances.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar role;
• Experience with Ansible or comparable automation techniques;
• Strong AWS management skills and network configuration;
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and/or containers will be value;
• Familiar with Linux-based/software networks;
• Practical experience with analysis tools such as Wireshark;
• Good communications and influencing skills, with the ability to explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluency in English.
