The main responsibilities and accountabilities of the Information Security Officer include:

• The development of the Information Security Framework
• Participation in the conduction of information security risk assessment exercises
• The development of the remediation plans for identified risks
• Development of the Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crysis management framework.

But also:

• Participation in the development, as well as the periodic review, of the Information Security Framework.
• Participation in the development, as well as the periodic review, of the Security Risk Management Framework and Security Third-Party Risk Management Framework.
• Participation in the conduction of information security risk assessment exercises to identify, assess and manage information security and cybersecurity related risks, both at system level and across the Company.
• Participation in the conduction of third-party risk assessment exercises for both existing and prospective vendors/third parties.
• Participation in the development of the recommendation and mitigation plan for the identified risks and the monitoring activities of the corresponding actions within it.
• Provides input in the Enterprise Risk Management Division regarding information security and cybersecurity risks.
• Knowledge of relevant risk management frameworks and good practices.
• Coordination and documentation of BCP - DR tests

• Nice to have - Information security-related certification title (e.g. CISSP, GSE, CRISC, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301)
