We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team on a hybrid, part-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at leading complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering results on time and within budget while enjoying flexible working arrangements.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet quality standards and align with business goals. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, sponsors, and delivery teams, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

The hybrid arrangement allows you to lead and manage projects remotely while attending in-person meetings for workshops, presentations, and key decision-making sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Define project objectives, success criteria, and resource requirements in alignment with business strategy.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members to build project management capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects successfully.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid, part-time environment.
