Frontend Engineer - New Grad

About the Role

We are looking for a Jr Frontend Developer to join our team as part of Cherry’s New Grad Program. You’ll work on real user-facing features from day one, building elegant, responsive interfaces while being supported by a dedicated mentor and peer buddy. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web interfaces using React or similar frameworks
• Work closely with backend, product, and design teams to implement new features
• Write clean, modular, and testable frontend code
• Contribute to our design system and shared component libraries
• Optimize performance and ensure accessibility and responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve frontend quality

Requirements

• Graduated at latest 2025 from Computer Engineering or a related departments
• Strong academic background
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• Familiarity with frontend libraries/frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
• Internship or part-time experience in frontend development
• Strong written and spoken communication in Turkish and English
• Bonus: Portfolio of personal projects, open-source contributions, or UI/UX-focused GitHub repos
