Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for Senior Business Analysts to join our fast paced and self-accountable team that delivers enterprise level products for local and global markets. To deliver best-in-class digital products, you will work with consultants, product owners, UI/UX designers, QA teams, mobile, backend and frontend developers.

What will you do?

·Analyzing and managing activities for functional and non-functional requirements utilizing both visual and narrative techniques such as process modeling, use cases, user stories, and wireframing

·Documenting an established set of business requirements

·Designing a solution and ensuring that product features/stories are appropriately represented and delivered by agile delivery teams

· Ensuring that solutions incorporate the voice of the customer/user by having a comprehensive grasp of the anticipated user experience

· Performing functional & non-functional tests (incl. writing test scenarios, cases, reporting) before UAT handover

· Making impact analysis for change requests

· Carrying out maintenance & support activities incl. incident/bug analysis, problem solving

What are we looking for?

·Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred

·5+ years of relevant experience of business/technical analysis in a relevant functional area

·Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment

·Understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)

·Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies

·Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements

·Technology knowledge beneficial to the job profile: Azure, AWS, Big Data systems, Data Analysis

·Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization
