We are looking for a “Project Sales Engineer - Business Development” to join our team at our Istanbul central office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales of cooling systems and project consultancy processes
  • Able to take ownership of the assigned region and motivated for field sales
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and able to routinely prepare detailed sales reports
  • Experienced in using AutoCAD and SAP
  • Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and a good team player
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Inquisitive, result-oriented, and dynamic personality
  • No travel restrictions
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and actively drives
  • Preferably good in English


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled customer visits (Mechanical design firms, construction companies, contractors, and mechanical application firms), report meeting outcomes, and share relevant information with the team
  • Identify potential customers and business partners
  • Participate in the design phase of appropriate projects in line with the company’s vision and goals, and contribute to the selection of suitable products
  • Take part in the budgeting process of projects
  • Monitor the industry and competitor solutions, prepare necessary reports, and inform relevant departments
  • Prepare and negotiate specifications, contracts, and documentation required for the projects
  • Perform necessary checks related to products that need to be shipped
  • Follow up on documents such as checks, promissory notes, cash payments, letters of guarantee, and invoices to be collected from customers, if applicable
  • Evaluate monthly sales targets and develop appropriate strategies in case of deviations (on a monthly basis)
