DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a “DevOps Engineer” who has a passion for designing, improving, and managing more than a thousand financial projects in the latest and emerging cloud-native environments. This position also requires providing support to the hundreds of smart developers in order to improve their knowledge and CI/CD process. What Are The Required Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields is a plus (We are aware that your)
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps role
• 1+ years of experience in mobile development for both Android & iOS platform (Swift-Kotlin-Java-Flutter-React Native)
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies, best practices and popular tools (Jenkins, Azure Devops, Gitlab, Bitbucket) as well as
• Expert in build tools. (Xcodebuild, Fastlane, Gradle etc.)
• Experience with mobile app packaging and publishing to stores (TestFlight, App Store / Google Play / Huawei Store)
• Experience with mobile code signing, certificate management and provisioning profiles
• Experience with Git, including the implementation of branching and merging strategies, policy enforcement, and security configuration
• Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus, JFrog, Harbor)
• Experience with code quality and test tools (jUnit, Sonarqube)
• Experience in build tools (maven, gradle) and ability to triage the build issues
• Good dependency management and ability to apply dependency practices
• Being an agile and automation minded team player, having perfect communication skills
• Eagerness on self-improvement, open-minded, future-oriented
• Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Technical English proficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure CI/CD pipelines using modern tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and other related platforms
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure improvements into the DevOps pipeline and to refine development workflows
• Ensure continuous delivery pipelines are functioning efficiently, supporting hundreds of developers to release high-quality software at speed
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to improve platform reliability
• Design and enforce Git workflow best practices, ensuring smooth version control and branching strategies
• Stay current with industry trends, bringing in new ideas and best practices to improve the existing infrastructure and processes
• Document system designs, configurations, and procedures, and contribute to the knowledge base
