Job Description

As a Scrum Master, your primary role is to guide and coach cross-functional team(s) to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will work with Product Owners, Developers and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of agile practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will guide the team by implementing scrum practices, removing impediments, promoting self-organization and driving continuous improvement.

Your role:
  • Lead team ceremonies, deploy Agile standards, and work with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog for effective deployment.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams toward greater maturity, accountability, and self-organization while driving continuous improvements for high performance in a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee iteration and PI planning, ensuring commitments are met and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
  • Help teams and stakeholders reach goals through problem-solving, coaching, and removing obstacles, improving Agile practices at both team and train levels.
  • Track team metrics, maintain data quality in backlog management tools, and use insights to drive team predictability and quality.

You're the right fit if:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent with
  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant R&D working experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in managing (hardware) scrum team.
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile) work experience using Agile Release Trains.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills, team-oriented mindset.
