As a Product Manager, you will work closely with fellow product managers and cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle, specifically for our Fintech software solution. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management in a high-visibility role.

Key Responsibilities

● Product Vision/Roadmapping - Define and grow the product roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to manage successful product launches.

● Day-to-day Project Management - Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in product development, including Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.

● Product Strategy and Customer Research - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyze user data to support product decisions and feature prioritization.

Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in software product management in a startup environment. 1+ years of direct experience in finance/fintech.

● Proven ability to drive work forward and truly own the roadmap and execution of their product.

● Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira or similar project

management tools.

● Passionate about working closely with engineering/design/QA teams.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to

technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically.

● Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
