As a Project Procurement Manager you will be actively involved in supporting the development of the Transformation of Industries, business and Electrification, Automation and Digitalization in particular.

How You’ll Make an Impact
For our department, we are currently looking for a Project Procurement Manager, to join our Europe and Africa regional team in office locations in Zoeterwoude or Brussels
As our new team member, you will be assigned to Projects once it is kicked off for execution and be part of project team acting as a procurement single point of contact, where work closely with Commodity Managers ensuring all procurement activities are synchronized with project millstones. As a responsible to build, supervise and report the project procurement plan creating a project centralized supply chain end-to-end reporting view.
In charge to support the Project team in or procurement risk & opportunities topics, you will delegate Procurement ad-hoc project demands and consolidate lessons learn. You will also assure tall project procurement activities carry out to standardized processes establish and align the procurement targets with execution of projects.
Our Project Procurement Managers will be the voice of projects towards Procurement organization driving the transition to a project-centric organization, by focus on Customer and bringing the supply chain to the next level.
What You Bring
Besides a passion for decarbonization the industry and a sense for the importance to own the change, we are also looking for:
A motivating teammate, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with good communication skills. You are able to interact with stakeholders across all levels in the organization.
You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment. You also have project management skills and basic knowledge of KPIs and reporting.
We are looking for someone flawlessly proficient in English, French, Dutch would be a plus.
Furthermore, we expect you to have either a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering together with 3+ years of experience within Procurement and/or Project Management.
You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute to the organization, as well as you have developed skills in leading different partners .You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within the project. It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations.

The SE TI EAD MF&OP P organization is responsible for leading 3rd party spend as well as developing procurement strategies of direct material fields that will allow Siemens Energy to maintain strong position in marketplace and support company’s vision to become the most valued energy technology company.
Our professional procurement team uses modern tools and processes to develop global sourcing strategy for assigned commodities, that delivers efficient supply cost, quality, on time delivery, ESG (Environment, Social &
Governance) compliant and VUCA resilient supply chain for Execution Area / Service Unit to improve competitive advantage for Siemens Energy.
