Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with business owners and engineers to ensure that any product/business decisions are being made informed by data;
• Build, maintain and update the company's dashboards and their underlying data sets related to your domain;
• Monitor key metrics, identify business trends;
• Present data-driven insights to business owners and executives;
• Influence change with the outcome of your analysis and make recommendations to improve quality of user experience for more than 450+ Million registered users all over the globe;
• Design, launch and analyze A/B tests;
• Lead deep-dive analysis that will frame business strategy and roadmap decisions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a data or product analytics;
• Advanced SQL skills, ability to perform complex queries including multiple JOINs, CTEs, window functions, query optimization etc;
• Practical experience with BI visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/etc);
• Good knowledge of statistics: confidence intervals, hypothesis checking etc;
• Practical experience of production A/B testing;
• Ability to perform extensive research providing business understandable insights;
• Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty;
• The ability to work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• English language proficiency - B2 is the minimum.
