IRM Developer - ServiceNow

We are seeking an experienced Senior IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in IRM module development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Extensive hands-on experience in IRM module development and configuration
• Strong experience with CDA (Certified Developer Application) and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (mandatory)
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions in ServiceNow
• Ability to customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes

Certifications (Mandatory)

• ✅ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD / CDA)
• ✅ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IRM/GRC
