About the Role

Our client is rethinking how global platforms operate across financial, mobile, and AI-powered services.

With operations spanning multiple regions and cloud providers, they are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to elevate their infrastructure with a strong focus on security, reliability, and performance all while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design and implementation of secure CI/CD and GitOps pipelines across multi-region AWS (70%) and GCP (30%) environments

• Architect and harden cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Argo CD, following DevSecOps best practices

• Implement and maintain security-by-design principles — IAM, encryption, network security, policy-as-code, compliance (e.g. SOC2, ISO 27001)

• Design resilient, observable infrastructure for monoliths, microservices & ML/AI workloads

• Support mobile CI/CD flows (iOS & Android), including security controls in testing pipelines

• Integrate monitoring, alerting, and logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) into infrastructure and deployments

• Lead technical decision-making, support development teams with deployment strategies, and mentor junior engineers by example

• Contribute to cost optimization, performance tuning, and reliability engineering in high-availability systems

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles, including hands-on experience with multi-region security deployments

• Strong expertise in AWS (primary) and GCP (secondary), including networking, IAM, VPC, encryption, and secure service communication

• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Argo CD in production environments

• Proven work with both monolith and microservices architectures — and ideally, decomposing and modernizing legacy platforms

• Exposure to ML workflows, MLOps pipelines and mobile (iOS/Android) CI/CD integrations

• Strong skills in Python, Bash, and scripting for automation, security tooling, and system management

• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices — SAST/DAST, secret management (e.g., Vault), and IaC scanning

• Experience with observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar

• Strong communication skills; able to lead technical conversations and influence architecture without needing direct reports
