- Evaluate deployment, versioning, monitoring, retraining, and governance capabilities
- Identify integration challenges and provide technical recommendations
Develop and Standardise MLOps Frameworks
- Design operational workflows for scalable, secure AI deployment
- Support both cloud and hybrid environments
- Establish lifecycle management processes, including monitoring and retraining protocols
Automation and CI/CD for ML
- Build automated pipelines for model deployment and testing
- Enable continuous integration/continuous deployment for machine learning systems
- Streamline operational workflows through scripting and tool development
Monitoring and Observability
- Set up dashboards and alerting systems for model performance, availability, and drift detection
- Define operational metrics and ensure incident response readiness
Cross-Team Collaboration & Enablement
- Work with AI and IT teams to align deployment strategies
- Translate model requirements into scalable operational solutions
- Advocate for MLOps best practices across technical teams
Support Internal AI Development
- Provide infrastructure and operational guidance for in-house model development
- Ensure internal builds are production-ready from day one
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps (ML-focused), or AI/Software Engineering
- Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins)
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience building MLOps pipelines in regulated industries
- Familiarity with Terraform, MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, or Airflow
- Understanding of data governance and model security best practices
- Prior exposure to healthcare data or working in a complex enterprise environment
