AI/ML Solutions Engineer

We are hiring a Senior AI/ML Solutions Engineer with hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions across diverse industries. The ideal candidate combines deep technical skills with business acumen and can operate confidently in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and translate business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, monitoring.
• Build and deploy LLM-based applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Expose models as RESTful APIs and integrate with UI/UX components for demos or production.
• Work with Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, and associated services to train, deploy, and scale AI models.
• Ensure robust versioning, CI/CD practices, and monitoring of models in production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and DevOps teams for seamless integration.

Core Skills Required

Machine Learning

• XGBoost, LightGBM, SVM, Clustering (must-have)
• Time series forecasting using ML models (nice-to-have)

LLM & NLP

• Foundational LLM experience (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) including prompting, fine-tuning
• Strong understanding of RAG workflows and LLM application architecture
• Experience with chaining LLM calls, external APIs, and context-aware workflows
• Bonus: Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (FAISS, Weaviate)

API & UI Integration

• FastAPI, Flask for serving models (must-have)
• UI prototyping with React, Streamlit, Gradio (good-to-have)
• Understanding of feedback loops, chat history, and prompt versioning

Cloud & MLOps (Azure-centric)

• Azure ML Studio, Azure OpenAI Services (must-have)
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps pipelines (good-to-have)
• Blob Storage, Data Lake, Cosmos DB (for vector/text storage)

Dev Tooling

• Docker (must-have), Kubernetes (nice-to-have)
• Git for version control and collaboration

Candidate Profile Requirement

• 8–10 years of total IT experience with at least 5 years in ML/AI.
• Should have spent at least 3 years in each organization previously employed.
• Strong history of delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions, not just prototypes.
• Proven experience with on-premise and cloud-based AI systems.
• Exposure to BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Industrial domains (min. 2).
• Comfortable working directly with end customers and/or through SIs/resellers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skill
