Product Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Product Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft intuitive, elegant, and user-centered designs across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about solving problems through design and delivering a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers to break down problems into actionable user stories and design requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and QA to deliver high-quality, production-ready designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly communicate concepts and design intent.
• Maintain design consistency across all user touchpoints including app, web, emails, and print.
• Quickly iterate on designs based on user feedback and post-launch performance data.
• Present and articulate design ideas and solutions to stakeholders, gathering input for improvement.
• Develop prototypes, pitch decks, and concept visuals that communicate product vision effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital design (native app and responsive web).
• Strong grasp of UX best practices and visual design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, etc.).
• Proven ability to design compelling visual presentations and pitch decks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other standard design tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Portfolio Requirements:

• 4-5 high-quality design projects.
• Must include examples of mobile app design.
• Should clearly outline your design process and the project goals/requirements.
