Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX (On-site 2x/week; relocation assistance provided)

Salary: $180,000 - $215,000 base + 15% bonus

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the development and support of our core platforms, including e-commerce, internal systems, and integrations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving software strategy, ensuring performance and scalability, and building high-performing engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles
• At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams
• Strong background in B2C e-commerce or retail environments
• Experience supporting high-traffic, customer-facing applications
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver scalable solutions
  
  

Preferred Experience

• PHP development, including Laravel, Phalcon, or Lumen
• Headless architecture, APIs, and microservices
• React or Next.js
• WordPress and WooCommerce plugin customization
• Production support and operational monitoring
• Working with design teams to implement UI/UX guidelines and brand standards

You'll guide software strategy and execution across the organization. This includes leading development teams, driving architecture decisions, overseeing production operations, and partnering with product and infrastructure teams. Your leadership will be critical to ensuring our systems scale with the business and deliver excellent customer experiences.
