Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for business and financial operations.
• Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros) to analyze large datasets.
• Automate manual processes using Excel formulas, scripts/macros, or other tools.
• Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Pull data from various internal sources and consolidate into actionable reports.
• Present insights and trends to stakeholders with clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in report generation, budget management, and data consolidation.
• Ability to automate reporting processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
