Senior Agile Scrum Coach / Jira Consultant

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in North Quincy, MA that is seeking a Senior Agile Scrum Coach/Jira Consultant for a 3-6 month project. Local to NYC metro area preferred; May consider remote. This initiative is evolving into a broader change management program and requires expert support in design operations and development workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the buildout of a scalable design system
• Lead and coach agile scrum practices tailored to the project's needs
• Optimize and manage Jira workflows to improve sprint planning and development tracking
• Provide structure and organization to the current Jira setup
• Participate in weekly progress meetings and offer strategic guidance
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Coach or Jira Consultant
• Strong understanding of design operations and development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
