New Ventures Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented New Ventures Project Manager to lead the establishment of new companies within Sendian Group. This role involves overseeing every stage of launching new ventures — from concept to official launch — ensuring full operational readiness and a smooth handover to the designated operations team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on project execution skills and a deep understanding of startup operations within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Launch Planning & Setup

  • Develop execution plans for each new venture (timeline, budget, milestones)
  • Coordinate with the legal department to register the company and complete official documentation
  • Prepare temporary branding and coordinate with the marketing team
  • Select and prepare the physical location in collaboration with real estate and design teams
  • Oversee all licensing and permit requirements (technical and commercial)

2. Initial Team & Operations Setup

  • Identify and recruit the founding team (e.g., Operations Manager, Accountant, Sales Manager, etc.)
  • Coordinate initial training programs with the HR department
  • Supervise the creation of preliminary operating systems and workflows

3. Internal Coordination

  • Work with the finance department to allocate initial budgets for each venture
  • Collaborate with marketing to prepare launch strategies and branding
  • Submit regular progress reports to the Business Development Director and CEO

4. Post-Launch Transition

  • Prepare final handover reports for operational management
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the new Executive Manager or appointed operations team
  • Monitor performance indicators for 30–90 days post-launch to ensure operational stability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management or business development
  • Strong understanding of company setup and early-stage operations
  • Excellent time management, coordination, and interdepartmental communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions across multiple project phases
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
