UI/UX Designer

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience: 5 to 10yrs

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and intuitive user experiences across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.

• Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.

• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex UX problems and enhance usability.

• Utilize principles of interaction design and motion graphics to create smooth and interactive user interfaces.

• Ensure design feasibility through a working understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong track record across digital platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in wireframing, user journey mapping, and high-fidelity design execution.

• In-depth understanding of user behavior, accessibility standards, and design systems.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to support collaboration with development teams.

• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
