About the Role

As an IT Officer, you provide first-line support to all users. You help resolve issues related to hardware, Microsoft/Open Office programs, security, backups, as well as server, network, and printing problems. You install desktop/laptop computers and peripheral equipment. You are involved in various IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to all users.
• Resolve issues related to hardware, Microsoft/Open Office programs, security, backups, server, network, and printing problems.
• Install desktop/laptop computers and peripheral equipment.
• Participate in various IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and/or relevant professional experience.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows-based applications such as Open Office, Thunderbird, and TCP/IP networks.
• Fluency in Dutch or French and a good command of the other language.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Linux systems is a plus.
