We’re seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to support the design phase of several digital projects. You’ll work alongside the Project Manager and UI Designer to ensure a high-quality user experience aligned with the existing design ecosystem while also identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Your role:
- Ensure UX standards are respected across digital projects
- Collaborate closely with UI Designers to translate concepts into intuitive designs
- Evaluate and improve design flows within the broader digital ecosystem
- Identify reusable design components and help document them in the design system (Figma / Zeroheight)
- Conduct and report on user interviews, user testing, and behavior analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Challenge and translate business needs into UX solutions
- Understand technical and architectural constraints during design
- Support overall project follow-up and coordination
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 4 years of UX experience
- Strong grasp of UX theory and best practices across industries
- Proficient in Figma (wireframes, design recommendations)
- Comfortable with user testing, interviews, and reporting
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Ability to interpret and challenge business requirements
- Basic knowledge of architecture limitations and how they impact design
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and workflows
Languages
- French: Full professional proficiency (mandatory)
- English: Professional working proficiency
- Dutch: Nice-to-have

Workload: Full-time (hybrid)
