We're Hiring: Senior AI Architect

We’re looking for a Senior AI Architect to help lead the design and deployment of next-gen AI agents at scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on end-to-end delivery of real-time AI systems capable of handling millions of requests — from concept to production.

You’ll work directly with leadership and engineering teams to own architecture decisions, mentor developers, and drive innovation across multiple AI projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architect and scale AI agents from scratch — production-grade, real-world impact
• Design intelligent systems built for performance, scale, and resilience
• Act as a strategic advisor across product, engineering, and leadership
• Provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance across teams
• Help lead the charge toward a major product milestone in Feb 2026

What We’re Looking For

Core Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated experience building and launching AI agents in production
• Deep understanding of agentic platform design and data-driven architecture
• Strong background in system scalability, AI workflows, and automation

Soft Skills:

• Team-first leader with a mentorship mindset
• Skilled at guiding engineers and aligning stakeholders
• Comfortable making high-level architectural decisions and communicating with execs

Bonus Points If You:

• Have deployed agentic workflows in high-load or regulated environments
• Built real-world AI agents and can show what they’ve achieved
• Worked on AI-powered automation, LLM orchestration, or personalization engines
