Digmatix specializes in the deployment, leasing, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics business management systems, while also developing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of individual enterprises and industry-specific clients.

As part of its ambitious but sustainable growth plans, the company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to lead the Sales and Marketing team and drive transformative changes in business sales strategy.


Responsibilities:

Strategic and Client Focus

  • Designs, implements and drives sales strategies focused on achieving company sales targets, continuous revenue growth and expansion of the client base. Ensures the sales strategies are in line with broader company vision and strengthen its market position.
  • Leads the transformation to a value-based selling approach positioning company offerings as transformational solutions and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Maintains close contact with strategic accounts by establishing strong relationships with C-level decision makers. Develops new strategic accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning Digmatix solutions accordingly.
  • Ensures the sales plan is aligned with and supports the company sales targets; regularly tracks sales forecasts and reviews growth plans.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery departments as well as other group companies to ensure seamless projects execution in line with expected profitability levels.
  • Tracks industry trends and customers market activities in an effort to maximize sales results and create new sales growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, business conferences, and community events to enhance brand presence and uncover new opportunities.


Sales and Marketing Team Management and Support

  • Manages a team of 4 Sales Account Executives and 1 Marketing Manager; fosters a culture of excellence and accountability in the team.
  • Ensures the sales team consistently delivers on goals, sets short-term and long-term targets, establishes and monitors metrics/KPIs to measure team performance.
  • Implements sales methodologies, processes and ways of working that optimize performance, increase team efficiency, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Creates an environment for the team members to exchange knowledge and information about industry trends, competitive products, regulations, customer needs, and pricing.
  • Mentors team members, ensuring their ongoing professional development.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales and/or business development (Sales experience in Public sector would be a strong advantage), selling technology solutions and closing complex sales transactions with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the Lithuanian and Baltic tech ecosystem.
  • Experience in selling complex digital, IT, or data-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving new sales and revenue growth initiatives resulting in meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.).
  • Experience in leading sales teams and driving high team performance.
  • Expertise in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis.
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize sales data and metrics to optimize performance and strategy.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
  • Understanding of Microsoft solutions (Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a strong advantage) landscape.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary:

8200 – 9900 Eur/Gross upon negotiation accordingly to the experience.
