Position Description: You will be working for a leading financial institution based in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in automating and streamlining operations and processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient software deployments, maintaining high system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in all stages of development and deployment.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
