The Role: UX/UI Product Designer

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Product Designer (80-100%) to shape the design of our key products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with other designers, developers, product managers, and analysts to solve complex challenges and create seamless user experiences across our 6 different products.

You’ll need strong expertise in User Interface Design, with skills in micro-animations and prototyping.

What You’ll Do

• Design top-notch UIs for our products
• Ideate, test, and iterate on solutions to ensure user-centered designs
• Follow a human-centered approach, applying qualitative and quantitative research to take informed design decisions
• Facilitate workshops to support product and business goals (discovery, feedback sessions, ideation, etc.)
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver key product experiences while improving existing ones
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving internal design processes

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI Product Design – experience with building & managing design systems in Figma
• Fluent in (Swiss-)German and English
• Very strong wireframing and prototyping skills (proficiency with Figma and/or similar tools)
• Ability to visualize ideas through mock-ups, sketches, or prototypes
• Ownership of design processes and self-directed work within product teams
• Detail-oriented and a critical thinker with a balance between UX and UI design
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops with both internal teams and clients
  
  

Bonus points

• Experience working remotely in distributed teams
• Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS) or basic programming
• Previous experience in real estate or fintech industries
• Proficiency in French
