Ocean Infinity is seeking a Product Designer to join our growing product design team. This role focuses on creating user-centred digital products and experiences that align with user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate combines strong interaction and visual design skills with a solid understanding of user research and usability principles.

As a key contributor in cross-functional teams, the Product Designer will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and fellow Designers throughout the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented designer with hands-on experience in delivering high-quality design work across different platforms and touchpoints.

What Will You Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute growth initiatives;
• Work in the design process from concept to implementation;
• Advocate for user needs through user research and usability activities;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3+ years of product design experience, demonstrating proficiency in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences;
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications;
• Experience in planning and conducting user research activities;
• Exceptional ability to deliver design solutions that grow the business area and create new value for members/customers;
• Thoughtful, thorough and conscientious;
• Ability to take ownership and engagement in the work;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication skills;
• Critical thinking and ability to show initiative.

Salary for this position: Up to €45,000 per annum

Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
