Key Responsibilities
As a Product Management Consultant, you'll play a strategic role in guiding the evolution of digital products from concept to value delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, execution, and continuous optimization.
Your key activities will include:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Leading the shift from project-based work to continuous value delivery by defining clear roadmaps and key milestones.
- Feature Prioritization & Evaluation: Making decisions on feature development and measuring business impact.
- Solution Design: Collaborating with UX teams to craft detailed use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Aligning product vision, market fit, and business goals across all parties.
- Driving Results & Quality: Overseeing execution and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Fostering Lean/Agile Principles: Championing iterative, value-driven development practices.
- Outcome-Focused Optimization: Using experimentation and data to continuously improve product impact and customer value.
Must-have Skills (5+ years experience):
- Product Management Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital products with a proven track record.
- Product Leadership: Strong blend of technical acumen, business understanding, and user empathy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working alongside UX Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to define and drive strategy.
- Software Development Lifecycle Knowledge: Solid understanding of how software is built and delivered.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: Proactive mindset with a drive to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Team Player: Willingness to support, lead, and take ownership while promoting team success.
- Process Improvement: Continuous pursuit of better practices and scalable workflows.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong English proficiency and storytelling abilities to effectively articulate vision and strategy across stakeholders.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with data-driven experimentation and A/B testing
- Familiarity with enterprise-level product management tools and methodologies
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles
Work Model:
- This role follows a hybrid model, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.
