What You’ll Be Doing

Build & Deploy Generative AI Solutions

• Lead the development and deployment of LLMs, diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies to power capabilities like intelligent content generation, data synthesis, and predictive analytics.
• Explore and experiment with new techniques and tools to keep Patrianna at the leading edge of applied AI.
  
  

Automate & Optimize Data Workflows

• Design and build AI-powered automation that improves data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Help us move from data-rich to insight-rich.
  
  

Prompt Engineering & Model Optimization

• Craft high-performing prompts, fine-tune models, and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to deliver contextual, trustworthy outputs across diverse use cases.
  
  

Build APIs & Seamless Integrations

• Develop robust, scalable APIs to connect generative AI models to internal platforms and external data sources - enabling secure, performant, and real-time access to AI capabilities.
  
  

Shape the Data-AI Strategy

• Partner with Data, IT, and Business teams to define and deliver on strategies for synthetic data generation, training dataset readiness, and AI-enabling data infrastructure.
  
  

Prioritize Governance & Responsible AI

• Contribute to a culture of ethical AI by ensuring transparency, explainability, and fairness across all deployed models - aligned with Patrianna’s data integrity and governance standards.
  
  

Document, Share, and Scale

• Produce clear, reusable documentation for models, prompts, APIs, and workflows to foster knowledge sharing and support a scalable AI ecosystem at Patrianna.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Natural curiosity and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform—especially Vertex AI and Generative AI Studio.
• Proficiency in Python and key frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong grasp of LLMs, neural networks, and deep learning fundamentals.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and automation in AI contexts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and version control in AI/ML projects.
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Google Cloud certifications in Machine Learning or Data Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Previous work in fine-tuning or developing generative models.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI model lifecycle management.
• Strong experience in building and scaling APIs for AI integrations.
• A collaborative, communicative approach to solving complex, cross-functional challenges.
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling and orchestration frameworks.
