Cybersecurity Project Manager

PLEASE NOTE: Experience with information security/cybersecurity projects is mandatory for this position.

A part of Pacific Century Group, you'll serve customers in multiple markets across North America, Asia, and Europe. Drive the successful execution of information security projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and adherence to rigorous security standards.

What will you do?

• Leading and managing cross-functional projects within the Information Security Group, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, with a strong emphasis on security practices.
• Facilitating discussions on project management tools, guiding the selection process to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conducting regular meetings and presenting comprehensive status updates, executive summaries, roadmaps, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Maintaining close communication with the Chief Information Security Officer
• (CISO), providing ongoing updates on quarterly and yearly goals, identifying risks, and ensuring critical objectives are met.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues and deliver projects successfully.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the information security sector.
• Technical proficiency with tools such as MS Office, project management software, and strong documentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., PCI, SOX, ISO27001) is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver global, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Passion for driving projects with a strong focus on information security, ensuring adherence to security guidelines throughout project lifecycles.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to lead discussions on tool selection and implementation.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, collaborating effectively with diverse global teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project milestones.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
