Project Manager

Are you passionate about transforming operational data into strategic decisions? We’re looking for KPI & Performance Strategy Manager to take ownership of KPI monitoring across manufacturing functions, lead cross-functional improvement projects, and support operational excellence through data.

What You’ll Do

• KPI Strategy & Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics across production, supply chain, and support functions to ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals.
• Operational Performance Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose concrete, data-backed solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects — from planning to execution — ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Data Modeling & ETL: Build and maintain robust data models; perform ETL processes from ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems.
• Data Quality Assurance: Guarantee data integrity and accuracy through thorough validation, documentation, and governance.
• Reporting & Insights: Develop clear dashboards and reports to support plant management, continuous improvement, and strategic reviews.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Group Data Management, Operations, and Business Units to ensure consistent data practices and strategic focus.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar), or related fields — or equivalent experience (4–5 years);
• Solid experience in data analysis, KPI management, and project coordination, ideally within a manufacturing environment;
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL pipelines, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau);
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and industrial data sources (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at various levels;
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
