IP Network Engineer

🔧 Network Upgrade Engineer – 12-Month Contract | Full Onsite

📍 Target Locations: Bucharest, Brașov, Iași

🕘 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

📍 Work Mode: 100% Onsite

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in networking
  • Near CCNP-level knowledge (Cisco); experience with Juniper and Huawei is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle non-automated processes
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation and analysis
  • Solid understanding of protocols: MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, TCP/IP, IPv4/6, DNS, DHCP, VxLAN, EVPN
  • Background in ISP or cloud provider environments
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and telemetry tools

🛠️ About the Project:

Responsibilities

Join a large-scale network upgrade initiative involving approximately 2,000–3,000 devices per week, using an automated tool. You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing network changes
  • Performing tests and collecting data
  • Analyzing results and understanding network impact

⚠️ No ticketing system involved. This is not a PM/planning role. Communication is direct within the team.
